2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under European Union consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible.
4. Ship the product to the address we provide, retaining proof of postage.

4. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in good condition. We recommend using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Products that have been opened may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for a full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns of certain opened products. Please contact us for specific guidance.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the conditions for a refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. Exclusions

Certain products may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under applicable law, including customised or personalised products, and perishable goods. If your order includes such items, we will inform you before you complete your purchase.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or handling by the customer after delivery may not qualify for a full refund. We reserve the right to assess each return on a case-by-case basis.
